never have i seen or been stopped so often as in the past couple months on the roadways...look out if you have a cut car or your papers are not in order...the fitness guys are there along with the police to make sure your papers are legit...comparing stamps and the like...definitely not the time to take shortcuts...there are lockdowns in many rural and non-rural areas for rum bars to close at 9:30pm...and they are checking....home to home visits for amo. and guns...make sure u carry your passport as they can deport you if not on your person...i did get a warning for this....now this was a hard one, in the mid of shopping at a popular grocery someone stole my already purchased items from another stole that i had in my cart...no locals around, so my theory is that it was a so called tourist...yup watch for these folk, shifty...times are sure not like they were...so, i just thought i would share a little of my experiences lately...i am taking a couple week respite from ja. to do what i have to do...hope to see you on the rock soon! peace
