Starting a new thread on the topic of beer. I noticed another thread was branching into beer and I don't want this information to get lost.

Rastapher, you said you have a brewery? Is your beer sold in stores? I am a big beer fan. I recently found a store in the neighboring town that sells over 400 different types of beer (and growing). You can mix and match, break up a 4-6 pack.

I never knew the beer world was so diverse. Growing up it was Blatz, Shlitz or Strohs.

New Belgium is another great new american brewery.

We are only sold in Mass, Ct, RI, Vt and NH. If your in those states our beer is found in the cooler section because we dont filter or pastuerize our products.

The funny thing about fruit beers is, is that the majority use an extract, and I can taste the difference. We make one fruit beer, A raspberry Barleywine and the berries we use are from a local farm, we get them in june right from the field and we bring them to a friends Ice cream business and we deep freeze them for several months, to break down the pectins, which makes it easier for the fruit to release the color and flavor.
