It was a beach morning….took 3 from the yard and headed to Donaldsons. Saw some more long time guest and we all enjoyed watching the kids love up the sea and the sand. They were doing crab impersonations! We picked up Sharon and off to Cool Spot for some lunch. We all ate for $1300 ja. Sharon went to work and we headed back to the yard.

LS and I played some Crazy 8”s and I then decided to head down to Canoe for some Sips. Happy Hour was is full force and lots of people there. Pulled up a piece on the couch next to G and just enjoyed the view..the busy corner, cars and bikes zooming past. Soon G’s friends were snuggled in on the couch. I was soon one woman in the middle of 5 young men. A friend pointed it out and got her camera to catch the moment. Great fun and lots of laughs..They loved my patios!!

Walked up to Miyard for some fish and festival ..back to my room..Warmed the fish up and boy oh boy was it tasty. Chilled for a bit with my yard mate and in bed by 10. This morning I woke to my little friend sliding chairs and softly knocking on my door.

I have a hard time waking up…just like home so I hotted up some water for some coffee. Attempted to put the water in the “coffee squeaser” and poured boiling water all over my hand…OUCH…rubbed some ice and then some tea tree oil and it seems to have cooled off.

Today I am heading to Little Bay School for the Luciano visit.

Wow, Dawn, I'm sorry to hear about your burn! Nothing hurts worse than a bad burn. We have a jar of this stuff (prescription) I wish that I could share with you. I keep it handy bc I'm ALWAYS impulsively reaching out to grab hot pans in the kitchen - OUCH!! Hope that the tea tree oil helps.
