About 10 years ago, i was riding around and one of my girl friends asked if I wanted to buy a house in Jamaica.

Sure, i said, one day, why?

Well, my mom passed a place that is building likkle 2 bedroom homes.

So, since I had nothing to do one Saturday,
we all jumped in a taxi and drove someplace.

For the life of me I can't remember where it was, but there was a tall chain link fence surrounding what looked like a brand new subdivision.

Roads were in, lot lines drawn with those little pink flags stuck in the ground.

Some model homes were built already, but we could not take a tour.
The folks that showed the homes were not available at the time we were there.

Sure wish i could remember where it was.

I don't know the prices, but it seemed like a subdivision for middle class Jamaican families.

P.S. It was maybe 1 hour from Negril, not going back to MoBay.
