Interesting concept about sidewalks on the west end road but very unrealistic There are many areas where this is not possible (i.e. stone walls right at the edge of the road, businesses built right up to the road etc.. There simply is no room. If they were to build sidewalks a large portion of the road would be reduced to one lane. If they cannot even install speed tables or speed bumps on the beach road due to governmental delays I seriously doubt that this will happen either
