Another Senseless Death - fatty - 02-05-2011

Last night near Blue Cave Castle, a tourist was killed and his wife seriously injured by an out of control motorist.

Please God, Lord, Jah, Buddah, Allah, etc. LET THIS MADNESS END!!!!!

How many times will this happen before something is done to get the motorists under control in Negril????

Anyone else wonder whatever happened to the planned streetlight and sidewalk project tauted by the West End Cluster???

They really need something in place to keep the traffic at 10-20 mph and not 20-40mph! There is no reason in the world why a drag strip should be allowed on a goat path of a road.

If the "news" about the event is true, hopefully the person who was killed passed quickly and without pain and hopefully the one in the hospital is making a speedy recovery.

Fatty I just read about this and also another Tourist killed last week near RIU. Two dead and 1 injured within 8 days??? and they still do NOTHING. Very sad. Loss of Life seems to mean so little to the the Government of Jamaica and honestly from where I'm standing it seems to mean very little to the Negril COC. They could demand more but instead they sit quietly.
