For example there were huge coconut palm groves that could be a mile long when driving in the area. This picture if from inside a moving car with the window up so not so great but can give you an idea of size of the groves. Be it coconut plantations or the Jamaican Railroad eastern Jamaica suffered more than it's share of damage over the past hundred years...... As bad as it was in places the locals said it was better than last year. |
