Lobster prices today.. - oldtimer - 12-31-2022 $6:50 CDN at the wharf and $8:50CDN cooked off the truck . You can barely pay for fuel at those prices . The trucks are parked all around Halifax/ Dartmouth in all neighbourhoods . Most trucks have 1000-1500lbs . That is one pile of cooking after fishing for 12 hours and then cooking then driving 200 miles and then driving home . Kind of f**** New Year Eve . I think that the fishermen/women are donating .50 cents /lb to the family of the guy lost at sea fishing lobsters . Good men/women !!!!
