Are Hibiscus flowers okay to eat ? I was at a friend of mine place for supper the other night and he had stuffed Zuccinni (sp) flowers and they were YUMMY !!!! Now Hibiscus flowers look just the same . Can they be eaten ?

I have eaten them in salads, and on some fancy type sandwiches. Also added a couple to some sun tea. No issues here. I didn't eat a belly full or anything, but no ill effects.
