I thought about starting a new thread under "A fresh coat of paint" but adding here is good enough. The new JA travel policy, or scheme, or manditary insurance has slipped 2 weeks (we seen that before, such as the Obamacare date but the web site wasn't finished and there were security "holes" also (not a political statement! I just couldn't think of another example) cause management doesn't ask the programmers what a realistic date would be.) I wanted to wait a bit before I stated that the Jamaica plan should get good mileage and also be helpful, as well as me calling it "travel insurance without the lost baggage clause." I do believe Jamaica is the "lead agency" and 4 islands are joining in, and it all seems good except I thought this "get sick and we fly you home" would make a smaller dent in the price of flying down. I have read no actualy policy from JA either. As for the tourism guy who predicts a 40% increase in visitors over last year, must have been a mis-print IMO.
