TORONTO - The store's name is High North, but it might as well be called High and Dry because for all but about four hours of the first two weeks since marijuana was legalized in Canada, it had no pot to sell.

The new "legal" stores in Saskatchewan are pricing their product well above $10/gram, with tax some strains close to $20. Good luck with that. I think I will stick to paying $150/ounce for primo.
