What a mess for tourist in Leeward Islands - kylake - 09-13-2017 I have heard a few stories now of island officials not letting tourist on a plane or ship to leave the islands, stating they don't have some sort of papers to leave or are not on some manifest. In all the articles I have read the companies trying to offer a way out are blaming the government officials. One example below but I have heard and read more stories.
