non-lethal force kits - JonTom - 05-18-2017 Perhaps this pastor was merely (successfully) attempting to make news, but I find his portrayal of the non-lethal weapon kits to be off-base, at best. My understanding is they are an alternative to lethal weapon (gun) use, not a replacement. Also, the constable (Hanson) who was shot in Kingston was shot with his own gun, not because he only had non-lethal weapons.
