Tickets to see Ziggy Marley at the Minnesota Zoo amphitheatre on Friday June 30th just went on sale minutes ago and I was able to get a seat right up front!  (Rows A & B have been removed/don't exist so I'll actually be in the second row.)

The show is tomorrow night!  

Might have dinner at a newly opened "Margarittaville" restaurant before the show if I can convince myself to visit Babylon...err...the Mall of America.   It's actually fairly close to the Minnesota Zoo where Ziggy's playing.  

Re-sale market listing tickets at $133 (with notice prices expected to rise final day).  Small venue.

Ziggy played for @ 90 minutes with an encore highlighting his father's Exodus LP (40th anniversary).

The guitarist on the far right is Takeshi Akimoto.  I got his autograph on a Bob Marley banner after the show.  His guitar work is mesmerizing.  When he's not on tour with Ziggy he'll occasionally drop in and play with Jimmy Kimmel's band.

This was the view from my seat in the second row practically dead center.  Smile
