Bobby's board ..wedding tip.. - Oldtimer2 - 04-15-2017 Well ...I did a Bobby Board thing this morning . There was a lady on there wanting wedding tips . Mine ...don't get married at RIU . My son got married there 2 years ago and it was COSTLY !!!! but even worse they spelled my son's last name wrong on the wedding certificate . Now my last name is very common in Jamaica and the name was spelled correctly everywhere else . Fix it please . No, you have to pay $150 US to apply for a change and then it costs you $100 US for the change and send the original's or nothing can be done . Ya right !! Remember they don't give those to you there , you don't get them until you are back home months later . Further more , last year when we were there my son and daughter-in-law couldn't even get to meet the wedding coordinator because she wouldn't take time to talk to them and we were there for 2 weeks . Gail Jackson from Treehouse couldn't even help us and she can do most things . Is this negativity ??? or could this be helpful ?
