Marijuana raids are more deadly - CardBoardBox - 03-22-2017 I am so glad Magee was acquited of a capital murder charge even though the police INVESTIGATOR died in Texas. When someone is breaking into your house, it is reflex to defend you and house. Not the first time SWAT or a group  have let their power go to their head and used such tactics. Every so often you read (or don't read) the police had the WRONG address and it seems they never knock and politely ask. It could get ugly IMO , as we know big business (and the govt.) will squeeze out the small farmer .
