My solution for Negril crimes...maybe - oldtimer - 06-18-2016 Instead of " rewards " where there may be backlashes have BOUNTY's on the bad guys . I have always been big on " Floggings-R-Us " or once a month having a " Flogathon " where tourists can come up and give them a few good smashes . I know for certain that if something happened to one of my family members the last place I would want the bad guys to be would be in jail . If they are so interested in bikes then start a Hells Angels chapter in Negril , problem solved .Just bear in mind that jails in Jamaica have drinking bars in them .
