Lansil Gregory, 71, and his 74-year-old wife, Corita, who returned to Jamaica from the United States, were chopped to death at their home in the rural community of Edinburgh.

It’s clear that returning residents are targeted by criminals. There’s a belief that they have more than what they deserved or worked for.
These people worked hard all their lives in snow abroad and returned home only to be stabbed to death by some lazy jealous and wicked cowards.
Jealousy breeds evil actions. How about we all just work for what we want? When you have a society that idolises laziness and “eat-a-food mentality” as the answer, this is what you get.

Yes I get the point. I should have died in Hurricane Hugo or Tyhfoon WuLong or several other times. Maybe I'm living on borrowed time right now.
If I'm whistling thru the graveyard so be it. I will not live in fear nor can I hide from my fate.
Last week a gunman walked into a Handy Way in my idyllic little town of St. Augustine Beach and killed the clerk and two bystanders.
Where shall I go to hide?
