Wow, I didn't realize it was that blatant!  When I used to go to Rebel Salute that's the way the ganga vendors rolled - a handfull of weed in one hand, a handful of tobacco in another.

I was only down to the beach twice, maybe three times this season and each time I was impressed by how little I was approached at all - much less than by someone swinging a bushel of ganga in my face, lol!

Now, I don't go to the beach at all around Christmas/New Years except for Boxing Day....too "frenetic" for me, lol.  Maybe the farmers were out in force to sell their wares to the hungry, hungry tourists on the beach!  I'm remembering Christmas/New Years might have been close to a harvest time too.

Truthfully I'm glad the cops weren't bothering with the ganga vendors.  They have much bigger fish to fry.

I have to say I noticed a big change . open sales , everyone carrying , and freely blazing while driving (riding) around . As it should be , imo .
