Please let this succeed on some level.

More jobs, lower reliance on expensive fossil fuel, less polluting energy generation, more technical expertise (assuming they do actually train some local persons as stated).... All good things for JA in my book.

I've seen pictures of the wind farms in JA for years but never really heard reports on their success/efficacy. (The same company, WRB Enterprises, operates at least one in JA)

Will try to hold my normal skepticism fueled by past corruption and bureaucratic morass, for now, and hope for the best.
