Meanwhile, a man also committed suicide in Portland this week. His name has been given as Robert Fiss. Reports are that he jumped off a building at Fairy Hill.
Fiss’ death pushes the number of suicides in the parish since the start of the year to three.

There was another Observer article today talking about the number of murders and suicides in Portland this year, it was in there. It still makes no sense to me though, one of the articles is wrong, I just don't see how they could get that detail screwed up.

Lol, not funny but reminds me of people who ask for things for the mother who is ded again.  Sadly, imagine this was your loved ones or your family trying to figure out how you jumped but later got back into bed. 

Yes, this happens every where as well, double dying.
