I hate fruit cake! - DAWN - 12-30-2014

Unless it's jamaican Christmas rum fruit cake..all those big ugly rum soaked fruit blended up and baked to perfection!  I only had three slivers so far today!

Move knife blade over about 1/2 to 1 inch perpendicular to the bread length and cut. No more slivers for you..........:-)

Mom used to make a cake in a bunt pan called Danish Pudding.......it was a wonderful dessert this time of the year. It had dates and nuts and I don't know what all else with orange zest and juice on top.

Lol!  I have been home almost a month but have a Jamaican friend that returned home with some Christmas cake!
