Tech support for OT - kylake - 11-12-2014 OT, I know you are not real computer techie but I have to start with some questions you may or may have to have someone help you answer. I know you just had your computer formatted or got a new one after a problem. 1. What operating system are you using such as XP or Windows 7 or I hope not Windows 8? 2. What internet browser are you using? In the past I know I moved you to FireFox are you still using that? Answer those 2 questions and I will start but for youtube you just need adobe flashplayer installed on your browser. You can get it here: https://get3.adobe.com/flashplayer/update/plugin/ But read and remove the check mark for McFee or Google Chrome or what ever addon they are also trying to give you. All you have to do is remove the check mark to prevent something you don't need.
