HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - macyoder - 11-01-2014 I am about to do this churn but not sure where I want to go as yet. I have Costa Rica ready to for next February. To meet your spending limit remember gas. groceries, phone, home cable and entertainment some utilities and car insurance. This could be close to 200K for a couple each getting the cards at different times. http://milevalue.com/how-to-earn-and-spend-93000-american-airlines-miles/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+milevalue+%28milevalue.com%29 Enjoy! RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - macyoder - 11-03-2014 No appeal to anyone, Ok RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - Westenders - 11-03-2014 (11-03-2014, 09:35 AM)macyoder Wrote: No appeal to anyone, Ok We're not this lucky in England, our credit cards aren't set up with the same perks RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - macyoder - 11-04-2014 (11-03-2014, 05:47 PM)Westenders Wrote:(11-03-2014, 09:35 AM)macyoder Wrote: No appeal to anyone, Ok Not for my friends and family in Canada either. For those in the US it can be a gold mine. I work on a 3-5 years vacation plan . These points will pay for my flight to the UK next summer and hopefully Switzerland. It takes discipline and I haven't completely convinced my hubby it's legal. I will plan the cards needed to take my daughter to Hawaii in 2016 for her high school graduation. RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - macyoder - 06-30-2015 I am booked for this trip for 2016, 3 flights on American Airlines, 4 nights at the Fairmont Kea Lani all Suites, 3 nights elsewhere :-) RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - CardBoardBox - 07-01-2015 Not my thing (to get new credit cards.) I was going to say nothing, or that the American scheduling to Jamaica (for me) using the FF miles is ugly. But I noticed on the web site you supplied, an ad (?) for Spirit and their $12 discount, so I decided to post something after all. Spirit now charges for a carry-on bag. I found it very funny that they just added a $2 summer surcharge for all baggage. Last week I found a facebook page titled: spiritairlines.ajoke and ended up unsubscribing to Spirits daily emails. All airlines experience problems and some horror stories surface, but that page painted a FUBAR picture which was the last straw for me (of these 2 paragraphs.) As for JetBlue, they instituted a multi-fare options pricing. The cheapest fare group no longer allows the one free checked bag. RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - Oldtimer2 - 07-01-2015 Macy...your a "smooth operator "....I wish that could happen here !!! RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - macyoder - 07-02-2015 It's about taking advantage of existing opportunities. RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - kylake - 07-04-2015 Bumping up to move the spammers down. RE: HOT HAUTE TRAVEL ALERT - CardBoardBox - 07-27-2015 Coulda / Shoulda titled this Attention Macyoder Now you can divorce your husband and do what you love full time. But I don't think the humor attempt would be understood. So, YOU will find this article interesting to the Nth degree, IMO. Rolling Stone Magazine has a story of someone who has mastered the art of free airline travel via CC switching and accumulating FF miles. http://www.rollingstone.com/culture/features/ben-schlappig-airlines-fly-free-20150720 Caution: I am only on page 6; It is a long read. Have not found out how to not pay the fees and taxes in cash yet, but the following might be a clue, quote, His revenue comes from three sources: impression-based ads on the blog; the (name removed) consultancy; and "affiliate marketing," which means collecting a commission from credit-card companies each time a card sign-up originates from his blog. Summary; guy has lived in the airport and on planes exclusively. As you infered, Macyoder, there is no interest by others to persue your passion, but I am pleased to share how someone has done it better. PS Do not skip the 500 user/viewer comments.
