It always costs the foreign person dearly ??? Whatever happened to "Go f*** yourself you cheatin' bastard . Having multiple partners is a given , no money is a given and a nice smile don't pay the bills . It's a mystery to me .

You know what OT...  Can't comment so much in a Jamaican relationship but from what I see around here, women go after men like NO TOMORROW!!!!!  Sink their teeth in and go right for the guys nuts (so to speak). I get a divorce - I don't want you darn money!!  Sad sad sad....

You know I would love to do a research project on this.  
I would interview as many of the scorned as I could and find out what brought them to the point of loosing all common sense.
So many people who seemingly have it all together loose their minds .
I believe my reasearch would lead to finding how badly people want to feel loved
and how powerful the allure of sand, sun, flattery and good sex can be.

I have always thought about this research with woman but I know their are just as many men taking the bait.  I am not sure if as many men fall for it - but I know there are plenty.

oldtimer---- I fear you have taken Pineapple's flippant remark too seriously. If you had ever met the woman you would know that she is "a bitch on wheels" LOL   I can assure you that there were no houses built, no current bills paid or so on. And she certainly never lost her mind over a man- I am laughing just picturing that happening.  But I do understand where you are coming from...... we have all seen it happen....women end up living in a tiny apartment and eating cat food after giving their last penny to some man. Piney may have been born at night but it wasn't last nightSmile

I also see the vanity involved. Having a looker on your arm, one much hotter than you can nab at home is a driver.

Once I was sitting at canoe sipping a beer looking out at the water. I look over to the right and see the most hideous woman I have ever seen in a bathing suit. I mean this woman could stop all beach erosion in that bay. And out swims this ripped dude half her age and starts making out with her. It was so off that I walked to the end of the bar to see if a camera crew might be set up on the other side. Nope, it was the real deal hook up.
