I enjoy the spaghetti at Angela's 2-3 times a week, when I am in Negril. She offers it 2-3-4 ways and it is awesome. I never eat it at home, but really look forward to it in Jamaica.

Charela has good pasta with olive oil and garlic sauce for pretty cheap.You can get it with lobster, fish, or veggies. It comes with salad and good Italian bread too.

I too have enjoyed spaghetti in Jamaica . My favorite is from Jah B ,s they make it with bacon in the sauce, Very Good!

LOVE the callaloo and cheese pasta at Jus Natural - and the Bolognese at LTU (comfort food!). Other than that, I don't eat pasta out much at all. I do attempt to make JN's calalloo & cheese pasta at home - it comes out respectably but arguably - not as good.

The next day was Friday, and I took my eldest daughter, Ginger, on the boat to go spearfishing with me. She just snorkeled around me and watched, and that was fun for both of us. I hung out with both daughters afterwards -- they're having a great time -- and then I took Tiana to Hi Lo for some snacks.

Later I met Roy Mon at Drifters, where I bumped into Julia, a nice elderly lady from England whom I got to know on the last reach.

The kids and the ex checked into Seastar Inn today to room 4 (I am in 8). We all went to Catcha together for dinner and sunset. It was very nice.

Lucky girls, what a great time you created for them, I'm sure they will grow up into great adventurers like their dad.

Hilo is my go to for snacks, I pick up peanut M&M s and love the French vanilla coffee from their machine. The sugar in both keeps me going..
