Moonlight Villas Closing - Pineapple - 05-19-2014

I saw on FB today that Debbie has closed Moonlight Villas.  I sure hope Debbie has great things in her future and is now taking time for herself.

Isn't Debbie the one who organizes the spay clinics in Negril also? I wonder if her good work will continue.

Yes that is the one and only Debbie...she also helps with the soup kitchen and the get the kids to school program.  She told me that now she will have more time for these other things...

Knowing Debbie, I'm sure she will continue all her wonderful works in Jamaica.  It seems she's just going to live at Moonlight Villas and not have guests there.  I'm sure that is very taxing work.  I had a friend here in the states that had a B&B and it is a 24/7 commitment.  It will burn you out pretty quickly.  Wishing Debbie wonderful new adventures!

I worked at a friend's B&B in Maine for several summer seasons it really burns you out after awhile - I got to go home everyday and it was such a relief- my friends lived there and it really took a toll.
