Isn't it funny (not ha ha funny) that:
1. When we were kids we were told to get out in the sun. Sun was good
2. Then..."they" started to say stay out of the sun or put on high SPF sunscreen - sun bad - causes cancer, wrinkles, moles and what have you...and we listed to "them" and now...
3. "They" are saying - get back in the sun because your body's are missing Vitamin D!

But - the supplement companies and the sunscreen companies are making out like bandits because sun bad - cancer but sun good - Vitamin D. Have the best of both! Slather yourself with sunscreen and pop a pill.

Just another example of everything in moderation...

Go for the non-chemical sunscreen-the one with titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide as the main sunscreen ingredient (protect from uva/uvb)..

I wish I could find a "natural source" to prevent mosquito bites...I've tried many and they dont work...Any suggestions ???
